About Sermorelin / Ipamorelin Blend
Available as 5mg + 5mg (10mg total) or 10mg + 10mg (20mg total), this pairs sermorelin — GHRH(1-29), the active fragment of the former approved drug Geref — with Ipamorelin. Of the GH blends here it is the one with the mildest side-effect profile, because Ipamorelin is the selective secretagogue in this family: unlike GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 it does not meaningfully raise cortisol, prolactin, or appetite. The two components are also well matched on timing, both clearing within hours, so a shared twice-daily empty-stomach schedule genuinely suits both — which is not true of blends containing a DAC component. The 1:1 ratio is fixed, and no study has examined the combination itself.
