About Sermorelin / GHRP-2 Blend

A 10mg vial split 5mg sermorelin and 5mg GHRP-2. GHRP-2 is the most clinically established compound in the secretagogue family — Japan approved it as pralmorelin, a diagnostic agent for hypothalamic-pituitary function — so this pairs a GHRH analogue with the secretagogue that has the strongest human validation. What comes with it is appetite. A controlled study in healthy men showed GHRP-2 measurably increases food intake, and it produces a transient rise in ACTH, cortisol, and prolactin alongside GH. If the goal is a leaner body composition, that appetite effect works against you, and the fixed 1:1 ratio means you cannot dial back the GHRP-2 without also reducing the sermorelin. No study has examined the combination.
