About LL-37

LL-37 is the only human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide, produced naturally by immune cells, epithelial cells, and bone marrow. It provides direct broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against bacteria, viruses, and fungi while also modulating the immune response. It plays a critical role in wound healing and immune surveillance.
