About IGF-1 LR3 / BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend
An 11mg vial containing 5mg BPC-157, 5mg TB-500, and 1mg IGF-1 LR3, also offered with arginine-salt BPC-157. It is the most expensive blend in the catalog and combines the two most popular repair peptides with a growth-signalling component, each acting through different pathways. Every component is preclinical for its marketed use, so the blend is too — and the same caution applies as for TB-500 individually: vendors use "TB-500" and "Thymosin Beta-4" for the same product, and the human trial evidence for that molecule comes from an ophthalmic eye-drop formulation, which says nothing about injected tissue repair. The fixed ratio compounds across three components with very different conventional dose scales, and the IGF-1 LR3 fraction still lowers blood glucose. No study has examined this combination, and at three components the number of untested interactions grows faster than the evidence does.
