About Hexarelin
Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide GH secretagogue closely related to GHRP-6, and one of the few in this family with a well-documented tolerance profile. A 16-week human study found that continuous administration produced a partial attenuation of the GH response — which reversed within four weeks of stopping. That finding is the practical argument for cycling rather than running it continuously. Its GH-releasing potency is also strongly age- and puberty-dependent: strong in pubertal children and adults, but markedly weaker in prepubertal children and elderly subjects. Hexarelin has additionally been studied for cardioprotection through the CD36 receptor independently of GH, but that work is in rats, not people.
