About Dihexa

Dihexa is a hexapeptide derived from angiotensin IV that crosses the blood-brain barrier and exhibits potent neurotrophic activity. Research at Washington State University found it to be approximately 10 million times more potent than BDNF at promoting neuronal connectivity. It works by activating the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF/c-Met) receptor system in the brain.
