About CJC-1295 (No DAC) / Mod GRF (1-29)

Sold as "CJC-1295 no DAC," this is tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) — commonly called Modified GRF (1-29). The name is a research-market misnomer: the CJC-1295 studied in human trials is defined by its Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), which is exactly what this version lacks. Without DAC there is no albumin binding, so the half-life is roughly 30 minutes instead of 6–8 days, and the dosing pattern is completely different (multiple small daily doses rather than one or two per week). Its parent sequence, GHRH(1-29), is the same active fragment as sermorelin, which was an approved drug (Geref); the specific tetrasubstituted analogue sold under the CJC-1295 name has no published human trials of its own.
