About CJC-1295 (DAC) / Ipamorelin / GHRP-2 Blend

A 6mg vial containing 2mg each of CJC-1295 with DAC, Ipamorelin, and GHRP-2. The GHRH-plus-secretagogue logic is sound and well established: CJC-1295 raises baseline GHRH signalling while a ghrelin-receptor agonist amplifies the pulse, and each acts on a different receptor. The part that deserves scrutiny is having two ghrelin-receptor agonists in one vial. Ipamorelin and GHRP-2 both act on GHS-R1a, so the second adds limited GH release beyond the first while contributing its own cortisol, prolactin, and appetite effects — GHRP-2 raises food intake measurably in humans, which Ipamorelin largely does not. The half-lives also do not match: CJC-1295 with DAC persists for roughly 6–8 days, while both secretagogues clear within hours, so a schedule that suits one component cannot suit all three. No study has examined this specific three-way combination.

Key Benefits

  • Combines two distinct receptor mechanisms for larger GH release
  • Long-acting GHRH component sustains baseline signalling
  • Single vial rather than three separate reconstitutions

Common Side Effects

  • Increased appetite, driven mainly by the GHRP-2 component
  • Water retention
  • Transient cortisol and prolactin elevation
  • Tingling or numbness in hands
  • Flushing
  • Combined effects of three peptides at a fixed ratio you cannot adjust
